LASER WELDING AND TRADITIONAL WELDING
Laser Welding speed is 3-5 times faster than traditional welding, greatly reducing time consumption and labor costs.
The hand-held laser welding machine has good effect, firm welding, smooth and beautiful welding seam. One-time molding, no need for secondary grinding. The hand-held welding head is light, flexible, and easy to operate. It is suitable for welding of various angles and shapes.
The hand-held laser welding machine is green and environmentally friendly, and the ultraviolet radiation generated by the argon arc welding arc is about 5~30 times that of ordinary electrode arc welding
The operation of Handheld Laser Welder is simple, no need any license, a fresh worker can handle the welding work with only about 30mins simple training.
At Present , the handheld laser welder is mainly applied for thin walled stanless steel .which thickness is within 6mm. For thicker plate, we suggest the traditional welding.
